I can provide JP services including:

✓ Certifying copies of original documents
Have a document that needs to be certified as a true copy of the original? I can assist with eligible documents.

✓ Witnessing statutory declarations
I can witness eligible statutory declarations in accordance with NSW requirements.

✓ Witnessing affidavits
I can witness eligible affidavits where a JP is authorised to do so.

✓ Other authorised JP functions
Where applicable, I can perform other functions within the responsibilities and authority of a NSW Justice of the Peace.

Before Your Appointment

Please bring the following

To help your appointment run smoothly:

1. Bring your original documents
If you need copies certified, bring both the original document and the copy.

2. Do not sign documents beforehand
If your document needs to be witnessed, leave the signature section unsigned until you are with the JP. NSW Government specifically advises people not to pre-sign documents.

3. Bring appropriate identification
You may need to provide identification, depending on the document and circumstances.

4. Have your paperwork completed
Please complete the relevant information on your forms before your appointment, but don't sign where the JP needs to witness your signature.

5. Large numbers of documents
If you have a large number of documents to be witnessed or certified, please mention this when making your booking.
